Good Points: The hotel was ideally located to the centre of Leeds. The bus link to the airport was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with tea/coffee and biscuits provided. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. I would use this hotel again.
Bad Points: Breakfast at ﾣ12.50 was expensive especially as there were so many other places available near by.

Bad Points: prices of food and drink quite expensive.
Further Comments: Good clean hotel in great position for central leeds and within walking distance of elland road (Leeds United A.F.C.) Room was good size with shower/bath including free tea/coffee etc. colour tv with option to purchace movies and playstation games. Only downside was the price of food/drinks very expensive (ﾣ12.50 for breakfast !!!)

Good Points: It was centrally located and a contemporary hotel, the room was spacious and the staff were friendly, check in only took a couple of minutes and the car park was located under the hotel which was good.

Good Points: Bed was comfortable room was airy and well lit.
Bad Points: Bath and shower difficult to get in and out of if like me you are under 5ft 6ins tall.Air conditioning like a lot of hotels has mind of its own .Irrespective of the temprature it was set at room was constantly to hot.In the end switched it off and just had window open which even then was just cool enough,despite being a cold night outside.Cost of breakfast extortionate at ﾣ12.50.What justification for that?????

Good Points: Very reasonably priced and a nice walking distance from the shops and bars etc. Cleanliness was excellent as was the quality of the accomodation. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good check out times.
Bad Points: Sky sports in the bar! This would have avoided me having to leave the hotel to watch some sports.
Further Comments: I have no complaints at all about my recent stay. I did feel the breakfast on offer was slightly overpriced so I did not take up the option. A mini-bar would have been a nice extra to the room but not essential. I have recommended this hotel to several members of my family and many friends.

Further Comments: facilities good ie. ssauna, steam room and gym available for free use by patrons. Parking available, my only critisism would be directional signage from station would be very usefull just a sign pointing down road saying Novotel as if you miss turning you have to do the Leeds loop.

Good Points: Convenient location. Clean and tidy
Bad Points: On a very minor point the shampoo and bath gel tubes were 'desinged' to make it almost impossible to get the tops off (and it wasn't intuitive to pull off rather screw off. On a more fundamental point I was disappointed with the room in that: a) if having a separate toilet it would make sense for a hand basin to be in that part of the room b) there is plenty of space available yet the bath/shower is unnecesaarily cramped. I'd rather give up room space and have a better bathroom. c) more minor but I much prefer a duvet to having sheets

Bad Points: Worst bed slept in since Holland Park Youth Hostel in 1971. Seperate toilet with no hand basin !!
Further Comments: Novotel Hammersmith is excellent but would not stay at Leeds again.Parking facilities in Centre very limited and expensive.Small hotel park full. Bottle of Wolf Blass ﾣ23.Profit is not a dirty word but come on ! Queues at check out with only two staff on.Left luggage to collect later and one piece went missing.Did find eventually but caused delay

Bad Points: only a choice of 2 films on pay tv neither of which interested me
Further Comments: Not the most luxurious hotel but the standard of service as good as any of the best around. No cold refreshments in the room unfortunately. All round 8/10
