| Good Points: SITUATION AND CLEAN COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION |
| Bad Points: DINING ROOM VERY SMALL FOR NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE SATURDAY/SUNDAY OF OUR STAYAND BREAKFAST WAS A BIT OF A BUN FIGHT! |
| Further Comments: OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS COMFORTABLE AND BREAKFAST GOOD BUT NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE AS DINING AREA WAS CRAMPED AND SOME PEOPLE EVEN TOOK THEIR TRAYS TO THEIR ROOMS AS THERE WERE INSUFFICIENT TABLES. ONE EVENING MEMBER OF STAFF WAS RATHER ABRUPT WHEN DEALING WITH A GUEST AND WAS A BIT IF A JOB'S WORTH |

| Bad Points: There is no mobile phone signal inside the hotel , many guests including myself had to go outside to make calls. For the business traveller this is very very inconvenient. |
| Further Comments: Staff were inadequatly trained and seemed to lack any overall management or supervisor. They were trying their bestI think but service was extremely slow and commented on by myself and many other guests that evening. |
