Bad Points: Noise & dirty carpets
Further Comments: I felt the hotel was very noisy, it was full of groups of young people who thought it was funny to shout in the corridors and bang on bedroom doors. The bedroom carpets were filthy with black marks all over them and this was not only in one of our rooms. Furniture was basic but at least the bed was clean. Disappointed with overall stay.

Further Comments: Everything was as described, an enjoyable stay. Could have described the route from the metro as closest West Jesmond not just Jesmond. Well handy for town with the Metro though and cost about ￂﾣ7 in taxi to come back after night out.

Good Points: Staff was nice and friendly.
Bad Points: For 2 days I coldn't have a warm shower as the mixer tap was broken. The room was very noisy at night. The payphone in the hall was broken. Nothing for business travellers.
Further Comments: The hotel is surely ok if you are on holiday or if you want to go clubbing in Newcastle for a weekend. It's not suitable for people who are on a business trip and need to sleep or work at night.

Good Points: it was clean tidy and helpful staff also it was in a very good area

Bad Points: Room was quite small and the music from the club/bar was very loud untill late in the night.
Further Comments: I would only recommend as an economical hotel.

Good Points: Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bad Points: The room was clean, apart from the carpet, but the furniture was in poor condition.
Further Comments: In this price range I wouldn't expect anything better even though it would have been nice to be pleasantly surprised. I only stayed one night and didn't even have time for breakfast. If I had stayed longer I would have chosen a more comfortable (read more expensive) hotel.

Good Points: localizacion del hotel
Bad Points: Mobiliario demasiado antiguo. Poco espacio en la habitacion, que impide trabajar.
Further Comments: La localizacion geografica en la ciudad es muy buena, con un buen ambiente en la zona, y restaurantes buenos y cercanos.

Good Points: The bedroom was large enough for one person. The staff were very friendly
Bad Points: It was too hot with no offer of a fan, breakfast was not included in the cost of the room, which made it quite expensive. Could have been quite noisy due to tables and chairs outside the bars areas.
Further Comments: The hotel has little to offer other than a young person's bar and menu, althought the room was comfortable and adequate for one night's stay. Breakfast cost an extra ﾣ6 and was poor. The hotel was clean.

Further Comments: Receptionists poor. We called in at 11.00.a.m. but couldn't book in then (fair enough). Said we would book in at 6.00.p.m. Rang to explain that it would be after 11.00.p.m. when we booked in. Said OK. When we arrived at 11.00.p.m. a different receptionist had been trying to ring our home to check we still wanted the room. No message had been left for her. She then gave us a key to our room, which turned out that it was already in use, so we had to go down to get another key. It was fortunate there was no-one in the first room, although I did notice an open handbag on the table - good job we are honest!

Good Points: Good facilities all round but a little more attention to detail would help new visitors.
Bad Points: I could not find the milk for the tea/coffee facilities. It is in the mini-bar, not with the other 'makings.' I found the tv channel selection bewildering - one was how to tune my Sky box and remote - which the room doesn't have - and another channel showed me that I had to telephone a number to see Extreme Sport - another satelllite channel which I had no control over. These channels should be retuned. The other 'gripe' is about the poor parking arrangements at the rear of the hotel. Spaces are not marked, and staff use some of the spaces, I was told.
Further Comments: Your staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Generally, I enjoyed my stay and would use you again.

Good Points: Its situated in amongst the bars on Osbourne Road. Its alos easy to get a taxi into town if you prefer.
Bad Points: No lift.

Further Comments: One problem only was there was no milk for the coffee in the room. Otherwise I was pleased with everthing.
