Good Points: We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our visit.
Further Comments: Hotel is very centrally located and close to trains & supermarket. Is an older style hotel which we quite liked. Is very comfortable with friendly staff. Catered well for a family group & breakfasts were good value.

Good Points: The location and general value was good.
Further Comments: The hotel is basically good accommodation at a reasonable price. It offers a useful base to explore the surrounding area.

Bad Points: The floor in the bedroom squeeked with every step. The hotel was very noisy. The reception area and bar area were unclean.
Further Comments: The hotel appears to attract the residence of hen parties and stag parties. It also has a very busy bar which is noisy. Although the room was clean the floor was very noisy and the walls thin and therefore any noise from other rooms was very audible. Room 507.

Good Points: Big room for the price. Everything we needed was there.
Bad Points: Not enough parking space.
Further Comments: would have like to have known parking availability and whether reception is open 24 hours or not

Good Points: Very Clean room and Bathroom was exceptional
Bad Points: Bit noisy, thin walls
Further Comments: Good value for money, staff were excellent only down point is walls seemed to be thin, could here conversations in the next room

Good Points: Price, the area and location (slightly out of the twin centre but not too far) the local area has a nice feel to it. Good accomodation for the price.
Bad Points: As with most hotels in this price category the walls and floors are very thin so you can hear everything.

Good Points: locality
Bad Points: room was very small, classed as a double room and costing 170 pounds for 2 nights room only. Bed was not double sized it was queen sized, room very small indeed.
Further Comments: This hotel is very over pricedv for the size and quality of the accomodation. Also no breakfast included or available.
