| Bad Points:
The hotel was very hot, would've preferred to be more airy. It also took a long time to get served at the bar. There seemed little urgency or understanding of who was next in line. I waited for 15mins on the Saturday evening with one bar attendant. The Managers should have provided additional resource to cover the busy periods. I ended up leaving the hotel to find other bars. |

The proximity to the station - a fact that was not obvious from the website. |

Couldn't fault the accommodation at all. |
| Further Comments: I would like to have known that the hotel was dead opposite the station as it made for boarding our return train home so much easier. |

| Further Comments: The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable with a helpful staff. The proximity to the train station is a plus, but it bears mentioning that there are NOT a lot of places to shop or eat nearby, and the hotel restaurant is quite pricey. Also, hotel breakfast is quite expensive and doesn't offer a lot of options.
Considering how near the train station is, the room (ours overlooked the station, too) was actually quite quiet. We also stayed in London on this same trip and noise was a problem there - not so at this hotel. |
