Good Points: Seems silly, but there was an iron and ironing board in the room - very handy!
Bad Points: Just off the main road so can be a bit noisy if it's warm and you have the window open.

Good Points: The room comforts were excellent i.e. quality beverages and snacks and showering requisites.
Bad Points: Annexe we stayed in was too near the car park and noisey when revellers left early hours of morning.
Further Comments: The hotel location excellent for our needs and ease of Motorway access. We have stayed at the Hotel 3 times before when it was under different management. The present Managers and Staff were very friendly. Meals very good. We did have problems when the cleaners descended on us 15 minutes after our planned timed arrival to hoover and replace towels. We had no hot water for a shower on our last morning. The fire alarm went off and on twice but no one came out probably were testing the system!!!!However the Management said that they would be upgrading the water system in the annexe as there was and we smelt the odd whiff from the drains as we entered the room after visiting our relatives. If this gets sorted then we have no qualms about booking again. This is why we have only graded the overall value for money low because of the hiccups with plumbing.

Good Points: Good parking, accommodation. Excellent friendly staff. Bar food simple but good value.
Bad Points: Nil
Further Comments: No complaints about any part of the hotel. Staff are particularly friendly and helpful. I had 1 small problem with the accommodation but this was rectified immediately. I would (will) book this accommodation when staying over on business in West Yorkshire.

Good Points: Room was light and airy, all the usual amenities in room.
Bad Points: The only let down was the poor shower and limited hot water.

Good Points: Conveniently situated off M1 for Cleckheaton
Bad Points: Poorly sound proofed. Could hear too much noise from adjacent rooms
Further Comments: Staff were friendly and helpful if not totally efficient. On check in there was some wait for response from bell. Then the computer was not handled correctly, requiring reboot and wait for screen to appear, I could have unloaded the car in the time it took. The room was pleasant enough, warm, clean. Poorly soundproofed tho. Could hear too much noise of light switches, taps, water etc from adjacent room. The shower was fairly weak, no power to the jet. Low water pressure at top of building? Can we have power showers installed? And some insulation against noise. In the morning, breakfast order was taken quickly but then my toast was promptly forgotten about and I had to remind staff. Checkout was similar to check in, I had to wait three or four minutes for a member of staff to attend reception. However this time the girl knew how to operate the computer and credit card swipe. Overall, fairly poor quality stay. Not bad, not a disaster, just not a very positive memory. Sorry.
