| Bad Points: Key cards needed constant re-programming,most annoying. Continental breakfast at ￂﾣ12.95 was a rip-off. |
| Further Comments: Left note in room to say iron was not working - this was ignored. Hotel was most comfortable and staff for the most part friendly and very helpful. |

| Good Points: The swimming pool and the gym. |
| Bad Points: Some staff in the checking desk were extremely unhelpful, they definetely need some customer service training. |
| Further Comments: My stay was ok, i enjoyed the leisure centre the most, the food in the restaurant was also good. But i was dissapointed on how careless some of the staff were. My room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was not as great. The Hotel is definetely not overprice, good hotel with reasonable prices. |
