Nothing, the cleanliness was unsatisfactory and the overall appearance was that of a prison. |

The room was in need of upgrading. The top bedding had been previously soiled and left unchanged. The toilet was in poor and unclean condition. |
| Further Comments: It may have been helpful to have been advised that there was a wedding taking place in the hotel thus making us aware of the possibility of inceased noise and the possibility of disturbance during the late evening and early hours of the morning. Perhaps cctv should be installed in corridors or staff should check the hotel at regular intervals to ensure that patrons such as myself and my husband are not subject to our door being chapped continuously throughout the night and subject to ranting in the hallways. |

The staff were rude,One of the Breakfast staff had dirty breeks greasy long hair and spilt the tea everytime he poured it.The T.V reception was not always working. |
| Further Comments: If you have no where to stay because Aberdeen is busy and there is no Hotels left in Aberdeen change your plans to another city rather than staying at this Hotel. |

The spaciousness of the room its cleanliness and the comfort of the beds |

The outside appearance of the buildings , peeling paintwork and clutter around the access roads/parking areas did not create a very good impression. |
| Further Comments: The external appearance of this hotel belies the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly , helpful and efficient. We did not eat in the hotel but had a drink in the restaurant bar where meals were being served. Meals from a reasonably priced and varied menu appeared to be served quite quickly, and were of generous proportions. |

We missed the flight, cause the driver of hotel bus didn`t want to take us to the airport. He told us that doesn`t matter, if we`ll be late because all the flights have been canceled. We had to pay ￂﾣ50 per new tickets. |

| Good Points: The room was large and so were the beds.Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again. |

I had my wedding celebration in this hotel 2o years ago and was looking forward to spending the night here. The BUilding is shabby inside and out. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty- showers and wc - things were greasy and not clean. |
