Good Points: Very comfortable and all we expected
Bad Points: Would really have liked some face flannels in the bathroom I would have appreciated face flannels in the bedroom and the drinks in the mini bar very over priced.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have face flannels in the bathroom, drinks in the mini bar very overpriced. We have already recommended the hotel.

Bad Points: ROOM WAS A BIT SMALL
Further Comments: POOR CAR PARKING FACILITY WITH OPEN WHEELYBINS IN CAR PARK ATTRACTING SEAGULLS. EXCELLENT BAR STAFF WHO WERE VERY ATTENTIVE BUT BREAKFAST STAFF WERE NOT.

Good Points: the hotel itself was lovely and very centrally located.
Bad Points: the room we were allocated was small and dark.
Further Comments: Our room was at the back of the hotel and outside our window was a wall and the air conditioning vents. it meant very little natural light and a lot of noise when we opened the window. we stayed the first warm weekend of the year so the hotel was also very warm meaning we had to open the window. overall for a one night stay we were not unhappy with the accommodation. We paid a lot less than standard rates so accept that we would not be allocated the best room in the hotel.

Good Points: situatad in great spot & once we had upradedour room that was nice & spacious
Bad Points: bar closed early, water wasnt hot,
Further Comments: first room we were given had frosted windows ie no outside view & was very small but was very clean staff were nice & helpfull ,but bar closed early fri & sat night but in a great area for sight seeing shopping & night life

Good Points: Perfect for our overnight stay - all that we needed supplied. Forgot hairdryer but there was one in the room, also forgot toothpast but was able to purchase some at the hotel.
Further Comments: We thought the hotel was lovely. We booked a basic room but it was clean and well decorated, plenty room to move around and there was a large bathroom. Would definitely book hotel again.

Good Points: The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequate .
Bad Points: We found the room rather dowdy and old fashioned. It was however quite clean.
Further Comments: This hotel is quite central and appears to have facilities for all ages. It includes a car park adjacent to the building. The communal areas were clean and looked inviting. The staff were all very helpful, answering questions about the general area in a very informative and efficient manner.I think the staff were definitely the hotel's best asset. I think the hotel overall is very good value for money.

Bad Points: Decor was worn and in urgent need of attention, heating in room would not come on, Television control was falling appart,television was dated with poor picture, lamps on wall were all squint giving a first impression of being at sea.
Further Comments: I have stayed in many bed and breakfasts with a much better room standard.
