| Good Points:
newly refurbished ,well decorated, nice fittings price including 3 course meal was terrific value |

The receptionist and waiting staff in hotel were excellent polite and friendly. |

The receptionist was working flat out on her own at check in/out. We had to wait quite a bit. Also, just as well i checked the bill as we were charged for an evening meal that was inclusive in our offer. |
| Further Comments: Overall it was a good hotel. The room was smaller than expected but the staff and food was excellent. |

Very central, close to all shops, bars, clubs restaurants etc. |

Breakfast wasn't of a standard I'd expect from a Thistle hotel and the lounge menu wasn't very appetising. |
| Further Comments: Overall it was a very pleasant hotel, although exstensive renovation work was going on and the outside was covered with scaffolding, it didn't detract in any way from our enjoyment of the weekend. The staff were excellent and very friendly.The only thing that wasn't up to standard was the quality of the breakfast, I'd expect better from a Thistle hotel. |

- lavabo trￃﾃￂﾨs pￃﾃￂﾩnible ￃﾃￂﾠ utiliser : 1 source d'eau trￃﾃￂﾨs chaude et 1 autre d'eau trￃﾃￂﾨs froide, de plus les 2 robinets sont presque plaquￃﾃￂﾩs contre le lavabo
- douche difficile ￃﾃￂﾠ utiliser, systￃﾃￂﾨme de rￃﾃￂﾩglage de la tￃﾂￂﾰ pￃﾃￂﾩnible ￃﾃￂﾠ utiliser, pas d'aￃﾃￂﾩration
- WC : chasse d'eau pas assez puissante, 4 minutes pour remplir!

hotel staff were polite and helpful and hotel was in a good position for shops and restuarants as i cannot walk too far. |
| Bad Points:
toilet required some maintance as sink was cracked.
it would help if there was walk-in showers in the rooms. |
| Further Comments: The staff were helpfuland food was hot and cooked to order. Decor and toilet was in need of maintanance as sink was cracked. Could supply more rooms with walk-in showers for people like myself who have problems getting in and out of a bath. Position of hotel is very good as it is close to shops and restaurants. |

Excellent room, complimentary toiletries, bottled water etc. Excellent breakfast buffet with quality service. Very friendly staff. |
