Good Points: Large room - and nice and clean
Bad Points: room was cold when we first went into it.

Good Points: Great pool. Good value for money, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
Bad Points: The reception was very dimly lit and felt a bit like a ghost town. Smokers at the main entrance were very off putting especially when having to carry our one year old past them.

Good Points: Spacious well appointed room.
Bad Points: Nothing.
Further Comments: Very comfortable hotel.Large spacious rooms and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere in the bar area.

Bad Points: Room was spacious, however it was also cold due to an inadequate heating system supplying hot air from a vent mounted in the ceiling(come on you don't need to be a rocket scientist).
Further Comments: Entered restaurant at 19:55 on my own, served my starter at 20:45. As far as I am concerned this form of service is unacceptable, and needs to be addressed.

Bad Points: Room was spacious, however it was also cold due to an inadequate heating system supplying hot air from a vent mounted in the ceiling(come on you don't need to be a rocket scientist).
Further Comments: Entered restaurant at 19:55 on my own, served my starter at 20:45. As far as I am concerned this form of service is unacceptable, and needs to be addressed.

Good Points: Room was lovely, staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, pool/sauna were fantastic.
Bad Points: There was a function on and people congregating at the front door smoking meant you had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter and leave the hotel
Further Comments: Had a really pleasant stay. Being out of town is a bit annoying but the health facilities certainly make up for that.

Good Points: Room was clean and tidy. Room booked was deluxe twin which was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children.
Further Comments: Hotel and amenities were fine, staff generally friendly. Only down side in my opinion was the distance from city centre which means a ￂﾣ7-ￂﾣ8.00 taxi fare (one way). That aside, our stay was a pleasant one and have no complaints.
