Good Points: Staff very helpful & good bar. Quiet neighborhood.
Bad Points: The bed was not comfortable & there was no aircon, with the windows opening only partially... Hot & sweaty nights for the wrong reason...
Further Comments: Other than dislikes all was very good. However I will not stay again due to the above unless it's winter when I'd be happy to stay.

Further Comments: The room was smelly, the shower was really poor, hardly any pressure, not what I expected at all!

Good Points: Very comfortable bed
Bad Points: Parking was a worry as so open but seemed safe enough.
Further Comments: Confortable stay in a well managed hotel.

Good Points: Accomodation was comfortable and had good facilities such as tea making facilities and ironing board
Bad Points: Accomodation was comfortable but required air conditioning facility due to heat. Toilet seat was broken.
Further Comments: Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast however was very poor. Breakfast was buffet style self service but cold which was very disappointing as i like my cooked breakfast to be fresh and hot. We had breakfast at 0900am so not sure what time it had been prepared. When i requested special K cereal they were unable to provide. The fruit salad was stewed. I expected better for ￂﾣ12.50.

Bad Points: would have prefered to pay less money but who doesn't!!

Good Points: It was clena and tidy, had good facilities and had some great food.
Bad Points: The wait at reception, only 1 staff memeber on duty was very frustrating, however the young gentleman behind the desk was very pleasant and is a credit to your hotel.

Bad Points: One of the single beds was very squeky and I suspect that one or more of the legs was loose. The other, a spring was poking through the mattress.
Further Comments: I brought this matter to the attention of the person who booked me out and, as a gesture of goodwill, I was not charged for our breakfasts. On that basis, I would use the hotel again.
