Good Points: It was very clean and the service within the Restaurant was excellent
Further Comments: The hotel was in a superb location and as a result would consider staying there again for pleasure during the summer so as to take in the hotel location. I thought the welcome very friendly and the room was in a very good condition upon my arrival.

Good Points: good sized room, clean and all as per discription. friendly staff, good food. really good leisure facilities for size of hotel.

Good Points: The hotel had a warm & friendly atmosphere and the room was of a good size. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and fast friendly service.
Bad Points: The cleanliness of the bathroom was of an unacceptable standard. The bath plug was blocked with hair, there was pubic hair in the bath, the shower head was full of limescale and the previous occupants soap was still in the dish! There were also some minor problems: the sink had a large crack in it, the curtain rail was coming away from the wall and the tea/coffee wasn't properly stocked - there was plenty there but we were missing sugar and coffee.
Further Comments: Overall the hotel provided a pleasant and relaxing stay. The views were delightful and the staff friendly and helpful. My major complaint was with the cleanliness of the bathroom although I didn't make it known at the time due to our tight schedule. I do feel sure that given the chance the staff would have delt with the matter promptly however, it was a shame to have encountered these problems in the first place. It would also have been helpful to know that there wouldn't be a proper hairdrier in the room as was requested.

Bad Points: Two little complaints - towels too small and hairdryer not powerful enough.

Further Comments: Would definitely stay here again and make use of the health facilities. The only problem was the sound of the water running during the night, but we think we were next door to the boiler - we stayed in room 108.

Further Comments: Our stay was good other than a gentleman in the room next door who had the television on at a clearly audible volume throughout the night making sleep virtually impossible. The reception area did show an emergency contact number but we were unsure as to whom this number was contacting and whether our problem would be treated as an emergency. We were given a deduction from our bill which we appreciated. Other than this problem our stay was very good and we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant.
