Good Points: The room was adequate but a bit bland. However, the shower was good.
Bad Points: Breakfast selection was poor and whole hotel experience lacked a human touch.
Further Comments: This hotel is convenient, clean and modern but lacked any charm. Staff were polite but impersonal and not very welcoming. Breakfast/lounge area was very basic and lacking any comfort or imagination.Room was adequate but boring. Bed not very comfortable.

Further Comments: Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a little bit light some boiled eggs, ham, would not go a miss.

Good Points: Easy to locate immediately after exiting M3. Plenty of free parking spaces. Hotel comfortable and clean. Pub/restaurant (chain) next door, made travelling further for food unnecessary. Swansea easily accessible (by car 20 mins to centre).
Bad Points: A map showing how to get to Swansea centre, from the hotel, would be useful.

Good Points: The cleanliness of the room and breakfast area.
Bad Points: Parking.
Further Comments: Although the room was very clean it had a strong smell of cigarettes. I would have liked the option to book a non-smoking room. For non-smokers the smell was a little over powering. Unfortunately we were unable to change rooms as the hotel was full and we couldn't have the window open because of the proximity of the motorway, it wouldn't have been good for our 2 year old daughter and there were some air conditioning units below the window.

Further Comments: Good for families and business travelers alike. Excellent room facilities, excellent choice of breakfast buffet, relaxed and informal feel. Hotel clean, staff efficient. Quiet location and easy to find via M4 or B road.

Good Points: Good quality room and hotel with good parking and good position.
Bad Points: Breakfast buffet could have more choice such as cheeses, cold meat etc.
Further Comments: The limited breakfast buffet was a disappointment as we had a long day ahead of us competing in a car rally and a list of the food provided would have allowed us to arrange further food for our group prior to the start of the event. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel in all other respects.

Good Points: Good size, clean and comfortable room with a good shower.
Further Comments: Perfect place for a friday night stop-over on our way to the pembrokeshire coast.

Good Points: Overall perception was the hotel was spotless and had just opened. Very clean.
Bad Points: The difference of an hour in breakfast end times at weekend v's weekdays was not communicated at time of checkin.
Further Comments: I thought overall, having travelled to many hotels around Europe in conjunction with Munster Rugby, this was a pleasant change. One has to bear in mind that expectations are not high when travelling for Rugby matches. This was terrific hotel. Bearing in mind a question below re booking a hotel online - this was my first time to book online and I have been extremely pleased with the end result.

Good Points: Modern, clean, tidy and well equiped
Further Comments: Enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel very clean and modern and staff friendly. Breakfast was nice, maybe a little more selection on offer. When next visiting the area, will definately stay at the hotel again.
