Good Points: The whole experience was excellent.
Bad Points: I honestly could not fault it.
Further Comments: The whole experience was excellent - the hotel took good care of its guests but also showed some commitment to helping the environment by only changing towels if I wanted them to etc. This was also the first holiday inn type accommodation where breakfast was included in the price. Brilliant.

Good Points: Good comfortable beds! Good facilities in room.
Further Comments: Overall impressions was of one of clean, comfortable facilities and helpful friendly staff, which hopefully will be maintained. Ideal situation just off junction 43 of the M4 which was good for us being able to visit family and friends around the area.

Good Points: It was very clean and comfortable and quiet.
Bad Points: It was too hot in the bedroom.
Further Comments: I would definitely stay here again. I would like to think that the bed room would be cooler. We were all way too hot during the night but the showere were superb and the beds were really comfortable. It was so convenient to the M4 and really easy to find. Parking was no problem and the bar was quiet to have a lovely quiet beer before bed.

Further Comments: the hotel is good for families and couples who are looking for a friendly relaxed atomsphere, the rooms have everything you could possible need and are very clean. I found booking online very simple would reccommend to all.

Good Points: The hotel and accommodation were very clean.
Bad Points: Would have liked a larger area to hang clothing.
Further Comments: Small and clean rooms. Good basic breakfast with newspapers. Not enough tables in the breakfast area to accommodate all the guests.Adequate parking.Easy to check in/out. Most of the staff were very helpful.

Good Points: Convenient position just off motorway and also not too far from city centre.Very friendly staff.
Further Comments: Very smooth stay.

Good Points: It is close to swansea but not in the centre but for us very near our business
Bad Points: the beds could be slightly more comfortable
Further Comments: as a general rule this hotel is very good for us if not a bit more expensive than the travel lodges that are localy, I can only say I personally prefer to stay at this hotel because the food next door is better.

Good Points: The cleanliness and layout
Bad Points: The heat of the room (no air-con) and the noise from Taxis (the room was just above the main entrance and we had to have the window open)dropping people off late into the night.
Further Comments: The hotel itself was excellent but the noise was annoying. I would probably not stay at the hotel, during the summer, again although there was nothing actually wrong with the hotel itself.

Good Points: The accommodation was extremely clean and well presented. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choice. Great location beside Harvester restraunt.
Bad Points: Nothing.
Further Comments: The hotel was very easy to find. It was very clean with plenty of towels, very little noise from the motorway. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cereals, juice, toast, croissants and morning papers. Great location beside a Harvester restraunt for easy dining in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful.
