Good Points: the accomodation was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and it was an ideal venue for visiting the SECC.
Bad Points: bedroom was a bit cold
Further Comments: this hotel has easy access from and to the M8 and is also handy for the city centre as a taxi is not expensive and this takes away the hassle of trying to find a parking place in the centre. The rooms are clean,meals are excellent and good value and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is also the perfect hotel if attending any venues at the SECC as it is only a five minute walk away

Good Points: cloase to venue offered goood value for money
Bad Points: accomodation was good resturant was poor
Further Comments: I could not complain about the hotel itself. However Some friends joined us to eat in the resturaunt . We booked at 6pm and 3 of the party chose prawn cocktail to start.very dissapointing to be told at that time of night that there was none. We then waited approx 35 minutes for soup to be served. Some of the party including myself opted for the Buffet starter. Very dissapointing the choice was very limited and even after asking the staff to top up the cold meat selection (basically none) this still did not happen. Given we wer going yo a concert we could not wait any longer and had to leave.

Good Points: Handiness to the SECC where I was attending a concert - perfect location and easy to get to from central Glasgow.

Bad Points: Hotel bedroom had an aroma of stale tobacco smoke.
Further Comments: We would have chosen a non smoking room if given the option, however it was our belief that smoking was not permitted inside a public building, we therefore found the presence of an ashtray in the room strange.

Good Points: Everything was really nice, room , staff , food - we stayed in campanile in France so already knew the hotel group
Bad Points: Nothing - we did have very noisy neighbours at 3am but that is nothing to do with yoursleves.
Further Comments: Thank you very much for a lovely stay I came down with two teenage boys to see The Babyshambles in the SECC and the refuge of your clean welcoming hotel made up for the mayhem of the concert. Will definately be staying with you again - thank you all and happy christmas when it comes - x
