we liked the welcome, booking in was made easy. The room was clean and welcoming. And it was near to where we wanted to be.
It was a short but pleasant stay.

It was clean and welcoming.
The booking in was made easy by the staff on duty.
The room was well equiped.
The food ordered, was maybe alittle bit slow in being served, but it was good.
Breakfast was first class. |

| Further Comments: At breakfast there was no clean tables no glasses and no cups they were only 2 staff on and the resturant was very busy. But the food when we got it was very good. Otherwise a great hotel |

| Further Comments: This is an excellant hotel for an overnight stay when visiting the SECC in Glasgow (less than a 5 minute walk). The staff were friendly, the rooms were basic but clean and my husband and I had a very comfortable night's sleep. Great wee bar and lovely breakfast in the morning.
I was very happy with this hotel and intend to use it again. Highly recommended. |

| Bad Points: The room had not been cleaned properly and when the bed moved their was cigarette ends all over the floor. The heating system didn't work properly either. |
