Bad Points: bed & lack of pillow, window did not close, cramped, heating did not function adequately
Further Comments: i would have expected the room to be a little more comfortable, the beds were very saggy with one very poor pillow. the noise from the ring road was excessive for a modern building which should conform fully to part L of the building regs. checking facilities and maintenance was not obviously a high priority.

Good Points: It was very central for the city, however the nearby bars a worth a miss!
Bad Points: Room was small and cramped and had a view over a council flats where kids hung around on the rooves at night so you couldnt really open the window
Further Comments: Size of room disappointing, difficult if not impossible to work out of. Little air in the room. Hotel bar was more like a foyet meeting room than a bar.

Further Comments: Typcal chain-type hotel in a location fairly close to city centre. Limited parking available at no extra charge.

Good Points: It was clean, cofy and the staff were helpful. Bein able to park there was great.

Further Comments: I would definately stay there again.

Bad Points: 1 very small room, 2 no b&b all inclusive offered so an expensive breakfast ,which was not large, was purchased

Good Points: Efficient and polite staff. Window in my room was broken and wouldnt close. I was promptly moved to another room.
Bad Points: Children's menu very poor, basically burger and chips, chicken and chips and salmon and chips (fish and chips!). Chose the latter as the healthiest sounding option for our 3 year old, but it was off the menu.
Further Comments: The hotel is nice and clean and well run. The area of Leicester isnt very smart, but it is close to the centre. Ask for a room overlooking the car park as the ones on the other side overlook a busy and noisy road.
