Good Points: The accommodation was above everythng we expected. The rooms were airy, clean and had everything needed. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasurable as possible. The food was excellent as plenty of it. This hotel is very highly recommended. I couldnt have wished for a nicer more pleasant stay in Blackpool. When I come again I will make sure the stay is with this hotel as I know nothing could better it.
Further Comments: While we were staying there, another family arrived with a baby that was unexpected by the staff. They went out and bought a brand new cot especially. What else could any one ask for. I've never expderienced this kind of service in a full board hotel! The staff even offered us a 2nd full english breakfast as they heard me mention 'I could eat that again' as it was so nice.

Good Points: Very clean.
Bad Points: The suspended ceilings in the rooms.
Further Comments: The manager and staff were excellent. Breakfast was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Easy access to local attractions. On the downside the rooms were not very sound proof.

Good Points: The room was warm clea and comfortable, and more importantly very quiet at night.
Further Comments: The hotel was only a short walk from all of Blackpools main attractions, the staff were welcoming and remained friendly and genuinely made an effort to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was on time every morning and the choice was very good.

Good Points: It was close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the hotel was really clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly.
Bad Points: The only thing we disliked was having a room at the top of the stairs. The stairs were quite staff, it would have been easier if they had a lift as it is quite hard carrying a heavy bag up and down the stairs.
Further Comments: The hotel was really nice, was close to the Pleasure Beach and not far from the bars. The room was lovely and tidy and the shower was good and breakfast was fantastic. Staff were really friendly. I would have preferred to have known that the stairs were very steep and that there was a possible chance of being at the top of the stairs, would have liked to have been given an option of what floor room we could have but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good Points: lovely and clean, room was also lovely and warm
Bad Points: nothing really only shower pressure was a bit low first thing in the morning
Further Comments: we were very pleased with the hotel the hosts were very hospitable and friendly breakfast was excellent would definately stay there again wish we had booked to stay a bit longer really would recommend to friends and family.

Good Points: The Hotel was very clean and welcoming the room we stayed in was nice and clean and the bed was nice and comfortable, the staff where nice and friendly and the food was nice also.
Bad Points: just two small dislikes the shower wasnt powerful enough and the coffee in the rooms was awful
Further Comments: Over all my husband and myself had a nice relaxing weekend and we would give this Hotel another go Thankyou!

Good Points: Everything was perfect, you were made welcome from the minute you stepped through the door.
Further Comments: I would always stay at this hotel when in Blackpool if there was availability.

Good Points: The hotel was central to the area we were visiting,and was welcoming,clean,and friendly.
Bad Points: nothing
Further Comments: On arrival we thought the hotel was closed. all the lights were off and it looked in darkness(14:00hrs)but after ringing the bell and being let in we were truley astounded at the pleasentness and clensiness of the whole hotel.

Good Points: Very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds.
Further Comments: Very helpful and friendly. Room was great and breakfast was excellent.

Good Points: We had a triple room which was spacious, clean and comfortable also twin room which was also roomy and clean. Beds quite short not suitable if tall.
Bad Points: Needed hooks for coats, rained on visit had no where to hang wet items
Further Comments: Friendly wellcome. Hosts left you alone unless needed. Lounge area was spacey with pool table, most of our stay we were the only ones in the lounge area. Breakfast was good with full english, with as much toast, cereal and fruit juice. Good position near pleasure beach. Overall I would return and recommend to others.

Good Points: Good location, near the pleasure beach.
Bad Points: The decoration was a bit 70s, and the bathroom door didn't close fully.
Further Comments: Staff were friendly, and the breakfast included was nice. The decor just needs updating a bit, everything was chintsy but saying that it was still clean. Good location for visiting the fair, just a minute away.

Good Points: The lounge facilities
Bad Points: The room was very small. Not really adequate for 2 adults and a young lady of 16. There was no lock on bathroom door. We tried to contact the hotel on several occasions by telephone but the owners leave the answerphone on permanantly.
Further Comments: The room was purely for sleeping. Even though tea and coffee making facilities were in the room there was no seating to drink in comfort. We had to sit on the beds. However the lounge and bar facilities were very comfortable.

Good Points: Nice big comfortable room.Lovely and warm.
Bad Points: Coffee provided in room was not to my taste and I would have preferred real milk rather than powder.
Further Comments: Proprietors and staff were very helpful and offered to book a taxi for us to get to the train station.Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh toast, orange juice. Non - smokers should note that residents can smoke everywhere except the dining room. Very handy location for the Pleasure Beach.....only 5 mins walk away!
