Good Points: Clean
Bad Points: The bedroom was ridiculously small. Suppposedly a double room, there was a double bed with approx 9 inches each side between bed and wall and the en-suite shower room was about the size of a phone box with a postage stamp size sink that you banged your head on if you sat on the toiket.

Good Points: I liked the lovely decor of the room, I liked the good choice of food at breakfast and the service was always pleasant and friendly.
Bad Points: I didn't dislike anything about it. I would go there again.
Further Comments: I enjoyed my stay at Kirkwood House because it was centrally located within walking distance of the city centre and river Cam, the surroundings were very pleasant and the room was very comfortable. I would have liked accurate information from the website regarding checking in and out times and prices, but nevertheless our visit was lovely.

Good Points: I liked the lovely decor of the room, I liked the good choice of food at breakfast and the service was always pleasant and friendly.

Further Comments: I enjoyed my stay at Kirkwood House because it was centrally located within walking distance of the city centre and river Cam, the surroundings were very pleasant and the room was very comfortable. Further Comments: The room was so small thst it was very hard to move in it at all (not to mention the tiny bathroom), and the beds were both narrow and uncomfortably. On the positive side, the guesthouse was very quiet, breakfasts were acceptable, and the manager was a very friendly man.

Good Points: Choice of breakfasts. Position. Cleanliness of room. Friendliness of staff/management/owner.
Bad Points: Room too small. Hearing other visitors throughout night. Lack of information of area and map was photocopied too many times, ie not clear.
Further Comments: A lovely little B&B. Would stay there again. Although room was on the small side, it was adequate and clean with all the amenities. Service very friendly and helpful. Lack of local information was a little disturbing - needed to go to Tourist Information. As a non-smoker, this was a delightful place to stay. Definitely go back again and the online booking facility was very elementary!

Good Points: The single room in this b&b was perfect for anyone travelling on their own. Very reasonably priced, extremely clean, nice large double bed, friendly staff, short walk to the town centre. The room was quite small but when there is only one of you for a night, you don't really care.

Good Points: Location was good as it was not far from the city center. It was very clean. Service at breakfast was excellent.
Bad Points: At arrival the greeting was cold and owner seemed too worried at affirming the rules. Bathroom taps are seperate for hot and cold water. TV had few channels.

Further Comments: This B&B is within walking distance of the centre, but it takes 30 mins. They are very friendly and you can park in front of the hotel or nearby with no difficulty. The bed and facilities were good and worked, but the room and bath - only a very small shower actually - were pretty small. However the choice and quality of the breakfast was excellent.

Further Comments: el dormitorio es pequeￃﾱo, aunque las instalaciones son buenas. El personal es amable.Aunque me parece que es muy caro para tratarse de un bed & breakfast.

Good Points: Cheap. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Bedroom was comfortable if a bit small. Quiet.
Bad Points: Bathroom didn't have a fan and was very stuffy. Toilet wasn't great either - difficult to get paper to flush down it. Would have been nice to be able to have breakfast before 8 as well - this isn't very convenient for the business traveller.
Further Comments: Good value for money. Hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice - there was a choice of food including vegetarian options. My bedroom was fairly small (single bedroom) and the bathroom had no windows and was not well ventilated - a fan might have been useful. Walking distance to the town.
