| Good Points: Rooms very clean and modern |
| Bad Points: Car Park was remote from the hotel and would have been very lonely in the dark for a single female traveller - didn't agree with the ￂﾣ5 charge either. |
| Further Comments: A very modern and clean hotel.
The breakfast service could have been better. Tables were not checked for cleanliness before we were seated. A number of tables were not cleared away and some staff seemed very inexperienced. |

| Good Points: The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff in reception were extremely helpful. We stayed only one night and breakfast next day was very good. |
| Further Comments: We are strangers Harrogate and picked the Holiday Inn as recommended (with other hotels) from the organisors of the Yorkshire Show. We were not disapppointed and anything we needed to know was readily supplied by staff in the reception. |

| Further Comments: The hotel was modern, comfortable and had all you needed for a business trip. Compares well to other hotels I've used in Harrogate which can be poor, catering as they do to the conference delegate market. Good value. |

| Bad Points: room dusty, carpet marked, check out staff poor+++++++ |
| Further Comments: check in and breakfast excellent, but when it came to check out, the receptionist was surly she never spoke, it was hard to believe she was actually paid to do this job. I think her customer relation skills were nil. spoiled an otherwise nice stay. |
