Good Points: The friendly feeling of the hotel and the large bedroom
Bad Points: Being surrounded by main roads, (but it wasn't noisy)
Further Comments: Friendly hotel, very near airport and with a courtesy bus, even at 5.00 a.m. A large bedroom, more like one in a private house than a hotel.

Good Points: Rooms are a delight, cleanliness - furnishings - top class
Further Comments: We have stayed a number of times and have been very impressed with the overall stay of the Hotel - porters top class!! We have recommended Etrop Grange to a number of friends who like ourselves have enjoyed their stay. If there was one thing it would be the Bar Prices - very high but everything else superb.

Further Comments: We have stayed a number of times and have been very impressed with the overall stay of the Hotel - porters top class!! We have recommended Etrop Grange to a number of friends who like ourselves have enjoyed their stay. If there was one thing it would be the Bar Prices - very high but everything else superb.

Good Points: Friendly staff, good location, reasonable price
Bad Points: Bathroom a little tired. Overall the hotel looked a little careworn.

Good Points: The room was a good size and very comfortable.
Bad Points: We were not given breakfast included in the price.
Further Comments: We found the staff to be very helpful, and did all they could to help in any way they could. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. I have to mention the suttle bus supplied by the hotel, the driver was most helpful and always came very quickly. Great service all round.

Good Points: Good looking hotel
Bad Points: Awful room. Fold-up beds in corner made room look like DSS bedsit. Light switch pushed into the wall. Hole in bathroom ceiling where fan should be. Taps on bath catch on tiles. Part of foot of bed infirm with potential health and safety risk.
Further Comments: Hotel could be nice - looks nice. Poor room in dire need of TLC. Room should never have been offered. I will not stay at this hotel again. They told me the rooms was about to be refurbished - but why offer a room in such a poor state of repair.

Good Points: It was comfortable,clean and very handy for the Airport with complementry travel to the terminal. There was a good menu available
Bad Points: We had no complaints at all
Further Comments: WE have stayed at Etrop Grange before and always found the staff very helpful.We think it is an ideal place to stay if you are flying on holiday and would certainly recomend it. In fact we hope to be able to book in again for December the 30th when we leave for our New Year break and look forward to the evening meal.

Good Points: Staff was exceptionally courteous and professional and the hotel is perfectly locatted for easy access to the airport.
Bad Points: The fire alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning!! Fortunately it was a false alarm!!

Further Comments: Stand out features where that the staff were far better than most hotels in the UK and exceptional for the price bracket.
