Good Points: Conveniently central. Clean, comfortable and outstandingly spacious for the price.

Further Comments: I was impressed by the universal friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff. My room contained everything I needed and was blissfully clean and comfortable. Although it overlooked Argyle Street, I found it sufficiently quiet not to have to resort to earplugs and slept soundly. The only slight disturbance came from the refurbishment of one of the two lifts, which began entirely reasonably at nine in the morning. I'd happily stay here again

Further Comments: Very comfortable-excellent check in lady-patient and courteous. Would like to have known about building work,however it was not offputting. All staff were helpful. Well done.

Good Points: Well situated near central station. V.Clean with comfortable bed.

Further Comments: Really enjoyed our stay. Easy booking online and great accesibility to Central Station. Nice little Italian restuarant on the corner near Central Station. Would defneitly stay at this hotel again.

Bad Points: Couldn't open window and overlooked a grotty roof. Lino in bathroom coming away from wall. No internet access in room.

Bad Points: Hot water was not always working properly (mainly late at night), shower curtain really needed a clean (black mold on the ends) and the bathroom fixtures needed to be updated - soap dish falling off wall and shower handle broken.

Further Comments: Good value for money hotel located centrally with basic but nice decor.

Good Points: The hotel was central within easy walking distance of pubs, shops, restaurants and the SECC. The room was small, but well equipped and very clean. The staff were also very friendly.

Further Comments: I would have like to have seen a menu and price-list in our room for room-service.It would have been helpful and I also didn't know the hotel offered this facility until I was leaving and noticed it on the telephone.

Good Points: The twin room was comfortable with a lovely comfy bed and clean bathroom. The room also had a small ironing board for convenience along with a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. I would definately class the hotel as excellent value for money and would definately use it again.

Further Comments: The hotel was central to the main shopping areas with many pubs in close proximity to the hotel. It was also reasonably priced and gave excellent value for money. The check out time was 12 noon, which gave us plenty of time in bed after a heavy night on the town. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.
