Good Points: Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere
Bad Points: No lounge settee in bedroom or mini bar
Further Comments: A good hotel to stay at if visiting Birmingham and you want to be able to park easily and have good access to motorway.

Good Points: Quality of the bed and bedding. Plentiful lighting for working with several choices of wall lights,central light etc. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Bad Points: Lack of information for available hotel facilities, meal times etc in room.
Further Comments: Very pleased with the quality of the food in the dining room in the evening and the prompt room service at breakfast. The overall sound proofing was of a satisfactory standard in the room. Towels were of good quality and plentiful hot water available. All facilities clean and used items restocked daily.

Good Points: Our room was very quiet.
Further Comments: Though it is close to the M42 it was easy to miss on the dark road, the sign was not clearly visible. Other than that our very short stop in the hotel was a relaxing and peaceful one, just what we needed after a long drive.

Good Points: Good parking with security cameras in carpark. Room OK. Nice soft bedding and comfortable bed.
Bad Points: Nothing it was fine
Further Comments: My only complaint was simply the ￂﾣ11.50 room service breakfast which arrived and turned out to be 2x bits of Toast, 1x Bowl of cornflakes and a cup of coffee. When I questioned this, the receptionist stated that the ￂﾣ11.50 breakfast in the dining room was a full english but on room service it was toast and cornflakes - I obviously missed this on the menu somehow - But it wasn't clear otherwise I would have seen it. ￂﾣ11.50 was a rip off for breakfast anyway, even if it was a full english which is clearly wasn't!

Further Comments: I was very surprised at just how good the hotel was, so much so that I intend booking it for a Company meeting next year. I thought the facilities were first class, and everything close together.

Further Comments: The accommodation itself we felt was value for money. It is well placed for attractions and links to the area. Although the reception staff on arrival were friendly they could have been a little more helpful in explaining the cost of breakfast and timings.

Good Points: Easy to find, clean & comfortable king size bed, very good value for money (booked it very late so got a good deal), quiet and great for a stop over.
Bad Points: Heated towel rail in bathroom was broken, wall tiles in bathroom looked very tired (would benefit greatly from a refurb), staff were friendly but not particularly on the ball (could not find a Birmingham City Centre map for me). Also a Sign hanging in the wardrobe says forgotten any toiletries? If so
Further Comments: we have a small selection on sale at reception. We had forgotten toothpaste - but this was not available from reception.

Further Comments: bar was no open at night,some people couldnt even get food.I was most disapointed that for 88 pounds per night this was the treatment i have recieved.I will not be stopping at your hotel again and will advise all of my co workers to stay clear.

Good Points: The room was spacious
Bad Points: Breakfast was very poor value for money. Also we specifically asked for easy access for an invalid, and we were given a room a long way from reception, and up two flights of stairs.
Further Comments: Where the room was (e.g. ground floor), and whether there was a lift to all rooms.

Good Points: Nice room, plenty of parking, nice restaurant, room service available.
Bad Points: Bathroom could do with makeover - reception often not attended
Further Comments: Handy location for access into Birmingham. Easy to find. Well maintained. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Good Points: Good breakfast, clean facilities.
Bad Points: Minor difficulties at check-in.
Further Comments: There was a very noisy wedding party in progress when I arrived, although my room was located sufficiently far away for this not to be a problem. The staff were friendly and polite and the hotel was clean and well-organised.
