Good Points: free broadband, sound-proof building, cleanliness
Bad Points: smokers not very well accommodated, not enough fruit at breakfast
Further Comments: The excellent customer service skills of the hotel staff really made the stay most pleasant. Situated so close to the airport, there is not much to do and the staff are so that the night in the hotel bar is relaxing and enjoyable. Certainly would return again- great value for money.

Good Points: Clean, bright. Reasonably easy to find from motorway network.
Bad Points: On Manchester flight path - was OK Sunday night when flight traffic seemed to reduce but started early on Monday morning. Rooms reasonably sound proof but still noisy.
Further Comments: A good hotel for my overnight stop over for business needs. Very clean and contemporary. Conference facilities looked good - but would need to check if soundproofing against air traffic noise was adequate.

Bad Points: Couldn't connect to the internet from the room, I contacted reception who were very polite and tried to be helpful but unfortunately the lady on duty was not able to resolve the problem
