Good Points: Spaciousand comfortable room with a pleasant view over Square made us feel involved with the Christmas activity. Excellent large mirror and wardrobes with doors. Huge comfy bed. Quiet position so a good night's sleep in spite of party night in town. Also couldn't be more convenient as we travelled by train.
Further Comments: Very convenient when travelling by train. Lovely spacious room with huge comfortable double bed, brilliant full length mirror and wardrobes with doors. Very quiet yet centre of City. Definitely be back. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Good Points: As our Executive room was not ready at 2.15 pm, they upgraded us to a lovely penthouse suite. Comfortable bed. spacious bathroom with 2 bathmats. good lighting over the bed for reading.
Bad Points: no soap dish in separate shower.
Further Comments: Excellent location very close to Leeds Station - we came by train. We appreciated the upgrade to a suite. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of different fruit and my husband's favourite - fried bread! There was still a lot of food available even though we came down at 9.30 a.m. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Further Comments: I experienced great difficulty in getting back to the hote in my car to collect my luggage! After fighting with the rush hour traffic 5pm and ending up in so many bus only roads - I went back to the car park and walked carrying my heavy bag. I was given a map to walk to the hotel after parking my car but not how to return in my car. I eventually left Leeds an hour later than I should have done.

Good Points: Very clean, good helpful staff, great convenient location to the train station
Bad Points: Some equipment not to standard of the rest of the establishment. Minor issues such as TV remote missing battery cover and feet missing from the ironing board. Like I said, minor things so no worries there.
Further Comments: All in all, a comfortable, clean and generally enjoyable exprience at the Park Plaza Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and were willing to provide answers to all of my questions, no matter how difficult or obscure for my stay in Leeds. The double room I stayed in was well presented (as an Estate Agent may say), very spacious and had very useful equipment e.g. ironing for my following days meeting. A key-code safe for all my important bits and pieces and finally internet access, an invaluable tool for an IT person such as myself. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, as it is conveniently located across the road from Leeds Railway station, not too expensive and generally has a good feel about it.

Good Points: The only good thing about this hotel is its location
Further Comments: I would have liked them to know I was coming, I would have liked just for once to have had an iron in my room without having to wait for ages, I would have liked the executive pack I was meant to have to have been there and not to be short when it arrived and I would have liked not to have been charged for things I did not take from the minibar. This hotel is in serious need of a shake-up, I will never stay there again nor will my colleagues.
