Good Points: the overall quality of the hotel is very good.it has a good style, rooms are great and breakfast was very good

Good Points: Everything!! The rooms were excellently laid out and spacious. Bathroom was excellent in size and design.
Bad Points: It was impossible to dislike anything about the accommodation!!

Good Points: The whole ambience of the hotel made it a plessure to stay in.
Bad Points: The only complaints i have of the hotel, is the lack of hand soap in the ensuit facilities .
Further Comments: The staff and room service made my stay so much more pleasurable.The spa facilities were lovely be would be complete with the addition of a jacuzzi.

Good Points: The decor was superb and nothing like anything we have experienced in a hotel before. We will definately be back.

Good Points: Modern styling - well maintained
Bad Points: Not enough capacity in the bar area & service was poor in that area. We were there for an event at MCFC (as many other people) and the bar area couldn't cater for the influx of guests before and after the event. Also we received an automated wake up call at 6am which we had not requested - it didn't go down too well as this was also a night away from the children and a lie in would have been appreciated!! A piece of hotel admin not dealt with I guess.
