The location was perfect and all aspects of the hotel were excellent. |
| Further Comments: The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. We were able to have a full english breakfast for ￂﾣ5 each instead of ￂﾣ12 as we booked it when we arrived. Scored top marks with us!! |

On arrival we were given a room that stank of cigerrettes so bad it hit you when you opened the door. We asked for a non smoking room the receptionist said they could not garantee this, it was the only double available, so we had a romantic night in twin beds, only to find that in the morining it cost us ￂﾣ35 to get our cars out of the car park it said 12.50 on the web site, the receptionist said that they have no discount available for any car parks. it was an expensive night out we were not at all happy. |

| Further Comments: This hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at the NIA. I would definately stay here again - hopefully the nearby building works may soon be completed at it would not be quite as noisey. The swipe cards did give us problems (this has happened at other hotels I have stayed in also) - maybe room keys are less trouble afterall. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the food we had was good. Overall a very enjoyable stay. |
