| Good Points:
Comfortable, warm, quiet, TV remote that works unlike Travel Lodge where I have found a number that do not work. Also could take my small Yorkie. |
| Bad Points:
Hot water was cold water on the second day, so ended up with a cold shower.Did not bother to report it. |
| Further Comments: Other than the lack of hot water I was well aware as to what we would be getting, as have stayed a number of times. Staff always helpful.

Tea and coffee making facility in room.
Shower room and towels in good condition.
Breakfast ample choice and well cooked.
Airport transfer smooth and on time. |

No paper tissues(Kleenex) |
| Further Comments: For travellers with much luggage, the distance from the room meant several trips and a luggage cart would have been helpful.
Perhaps there were Kleenexes, but we never found them. Toilet tissues are not so useful for some cleaning tasks.
Hotel very good, clean and near restaurant, with helpful staff. |

I found the cost of buying a meal,considering the food was basic, very expensive. Almost ￂﾣ10:00 for a plain fish & chips. |
