Good Points: Lovely refurbished new rooms - spotlessly clean and very comfortable
Bad Points: Not having much sleep. Excessive noise.
Further Comments: + Excellent large comfortable rooms. Good value for money. - When booking I asked for a quiet room. Although I arrived early, the one I got was immediately above the main entrance where smokers congregared until 4.00am. I asked for a room change straight away but was told this wasn't possible. Felt that the manager couldn't be bothered.

Good Points: The hotel was in a good location, well decorated and very clean. The staff were most helpful
Bad Points: Nothing to dislike
Further Comments: The hotel was within in a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The Staff were helpful and willing to give advise on transport into town and places to go. The hotel was well laid out , decorated to a good standard and very clean. All in all this was a good value for money stay. We would certainly use the facility again.

Bad Points: lift did not work, carrying cases to the 2nd floor up service stairs past dirty laundry trolleys is not so good!

Further Comments: The hotel was very acssesable the room was very comfortable very spacious and clean, the staff were very freindly and the service was excellent we ate in the restaurant the food was excellent and well presented. My freind had a small problem the next morning and the staff could not do enough to help and resolved the situation i would certainly use the hotel again as we really enjoyed our stay and i would recommend the hotel to family and friends

Bad Points: going to concert in hampden felt restaurant could have opened earlier as hotel was catering mainly for people attending concert
Further Comments: Distance from hampden park and lack of restaurants on the way. staff informed us that there was many places to eat could only find 2 indians and an italian not everyones taste. hotel would have benefited opening restaurant early

Good Points: good no frills accomodation,central location,good access from motorway,closest to Hampden for concerts etc,quiet area,free parking

Further Comments: polite and friendly staff,nothing too much trouble. Easy to find ,central location Room was quiet,fairly spacious and clean Perfect for an overnight stay or weekend visit to Glasgow
