Good Points: the area it was in the town center
Bad Points: there was a function the night i stayed which i was not notified before which disturebed my sleeping, and i love my hot bath the water was not hot and i was very let down by it, for the money i paid
Further Comments: it would be nice if you let the customers to know if they was going to be a function and then make a decision if to book or not. being on a bussenes meeting and having a good night sleep was not nice experience.

Good Points: Our stay at the Swan was very good, and the staff really professional and friendly.
Bad Points: The shower could have worked better, but it would not put us off staying again.
Further Comments: Both my husband and I travel all over the world for both business and pleasure and found that the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We stayed at the hotel as we were meeting work collegues for dinner and arrived back at the hotel after midnight, the night porter was one of the most proffesion and friendly members of staff we have ever met during a stay at a british hotel (something you only get when travelling abroad) - he is to be commended as were all the staff. We would definatly recommend and stay here again. The breakfast was good and the room spacious and clean.

Further Comments: A very elegant hotel with very friendly staff and great value for money! I have stayed in many hotels in my time and the swan hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. If there was a mini bar and a gym this would definetly be a five star all the way!!

Good Points: The room was beautifully presented,with all facilities working and extras such as a fan provided.
Bad Points: The windows didn't open, but apart from that no complaints!
Further Comments: The Swan hotel is a beautiful building both inside and out, set in a lovely area. The rooms are lovely with all facilities provided and the breakfast times are very flexible if you wish to eat in your room.

Further Comments: Very stylish hotel with great bar and outside area. Staff made you feel very welcome. Hotel in the middle of town and good for all amenities. Would definately book again when in the area.

Good Points: Rooms were lovely, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was gorgeous, spacious and well-looked after. We were only staying for the one night but found everything we needed in the hotel, the restaurant was amazing as was the bar and we had so much help from the staff as they assisted us in booking a restaurant table and with our bags.
Bad Points: The room was slightly dingy as our room faced a brick wall, some of the television channels did not work.
Further Comments: One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, would definately recommened it to anyone. I would have liked to have known that it was on the main high street so we could have found it better, i dont think the fact it was on the high street would have deterred me from going.

Good Points: The hotel room was very clean and the service was very good.
Bad Points: There was nothing I disliked, I was very happy with my stay but if I have to write something, the check out time was 10:00 which made the morning a rush.
Further Comments: The location was great, being on the high street gave us good access to the town and to other areas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the church. The food in the restaurant was lovely with good prices.

Bad Points: Low wattage bedside-lights positioned behind side curtains. Only one easy chair.
Further Comments: Gennerally very pleased with our choice of hotel.

Good Points: The hotel was beutifully presented and the staff were very polite, the room was spacious and very clean.
Bad Points: was a little surprised by the location and it was difficult to find as in the main town centre on a pedestrian walkway and the instructions didnt mention this.
Further Comments: The hotel was very nice and although surprised by the location everything was very close by. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel itself seemed the place to be in Stafford. Would definately stay there again should the need arise. Overall very happy with the whole process.

Good Points: Good, clean accomodation, reasonable value for money.
Bad Points: Television did not work properly, poor reception. Could not receive films.
Further Comments: No real problems. Only telly above. Car park notice outside not clear about receiving a windscreen voucher.
