Good Points: Clean & tidy and staff well presented and knew their job
Bad Points: Only Indian food available as an evening meal
Further Comments: Comments above give an overview. However, I would have liked to have known in advance that there was no off-street parking, resulting in additional expense.

Good Points: Comfortable bed, excellent food and service.Our accomodation was quiet.Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Bad Points: Damp stains on wallpaper, missing coving, loose lampshade, broken lightbulb for two nights. Mould round bathtaps.Stairs are in poor condition.
Further Comments: Parking can be problematic. Need to be more accurate in describing the situation for parking cars in the vicinity of the hotel.Staff, service and food are excellent. Parts of the hotel look a little tired. It would benefit from a thorough clean and comprehensive maintenance programme-although it looked as though this may be ongoing. I would recommend the restaurant without hesitation. Need to bring the accomodation up to the same high level.

Good Points: Bedroom was very clean and tidy. and the beds were very comfortable
Bad Points: there was some stains on the mixer tap for the bath which were a bit off putting
Further Comments: although the hotel is very nice and comfortable it would take a lot not to recommend your hotel to others. the staff are very polite and caring. We did notice that although we were on the third floor we could hear the music from the nightclub in the basement of the hotel and the fire alarm was on for about 1 min. We still enjoyed our stay so much we forgot to mention about the 3 above items to the hotel staff. The booking system online is simple and very informative and had no trouble booking the room.

Bad Points: the cleanliness and decor of the room- the bath was filthy with other peoples hairs in it
Further Comments: i would like to have known that we had to pay for the parking outside of the hotel

Bad Points: Windows wouldn't open easily - or shut. Problem with lights not coming on reported at 6am was not dealt with until more than 12 hours later - despite 2 further reminders.
Further Comments: Our stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Facilities were very basic but adequate.

Bad Points: paying on arrival not departure, unable to see through the window as double glazing had blown
Further Comments: Very noisy at night constant thud thud of music and traffic Would have been nice to know the restaurant is Indian before booking Excellent service and food at breakfast and dinner
