Good Points: Good Food, Good service, Good surroundings.
Bad Points: Cold room took two days for the heating to work.
Further Comments: I checked my bag in at 10.00am Fri. Morn. Went to Wetherby Racing.It rained all day. Good Sport. Arrived back at the Hotel 7pm to check in. All i needed was a nice long Bath. Got to my room, no Bath. Why do single rooms just have a shower, are we a different shape? I rang the reception to ask if it was possible to change rooms. I got a 'yes, no, maybe tomorrow,I will get back to you'. I never heard from the Hotel again. Sat. I was out all day again, a nice Bath would have been nice. If they had told me no straight away i would have understood. I also think if you book two nights you should get a Bath. Communication is all!!

Good Points: most comfortable bed i'v slept in, and i'v stayed in many country wide.
Further Comments: concierge are the most helpful and friendly members of staff, bar and restaurant staff made you feel relaxed and most welcome.

Bad Points: was not the same as the picture provided on the internet when booking but it was still lovely

Good Points: The Art Deco styling, and clean comfortable accomadation.
Bad Points: More staff at reception desk. Attention to external rendering to brighten/clean up appearance of building.
Further Comments: The Art Deco styling was excellently reproduced to a standard that was better than I had expected. The styling of the clean and tastefully furnished rooms were a welcome change from some of the so called more contemporary styled hotels. Emphasising the art Deco styling more (with better pics/photos of the interior)I think would perhaps encourage more interest.

Good Points: Th bed wa amazing, it was very big snd comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely
Bad Points: I think that although the room was excellent, im not sure if i would have paid full price to stay there, mw and my friends booked on the half price weekend.

Good Points: Spacious and clean, liked the ' mackintosh' decor. Comfortable and good nights sleep.
Bad Points: The Grill - disappointing - we expected a good a la carte restaurant not a rather average and overpriced carvery - (the service was good)
Further Comments: Standard hotel - for comments see above - would possibly have liked to be able to open a window.

Good Points: Pleasantly quiet and very comfortable. Good sized room. Excellent location.

Good Points: Clean room, friendly, helpful staff
Bad Points: The cost of acommodation was high but it was a 4 star hotel after all...
Further Comments: The room itself and bathroom were very clean, bed large and comfortable, feather pillows wer much appreciated. Room was very close to a busy main road and also the Train station but to be honest if I hadn't looked out the window and seen for myself then I would never have known they were there! Soundproofing was superb. The only gripe I have was with the chap who came to check the contents of the MiniBar on the morning of our departure, two hours before we were due to check out. It felt rather intrusive as he walked in as soon as I opened the door. But that aside I would certainly book to stay there again. I have stayed in quite a few of the hotels in Leeds and (despite the extra cost) will chose it above the others in future.

Further Comments: Price of LAN access is prohibitive. ﾣ15 for 24 hours is what a private individual can pay for a home connection for a month! Being in the IT industry I know how much running costs are for corporate LANs and it appears that UK hotels are using LAN access as a replacement for the once exhorbitant hotel telephone charges!

Good Points: The athmosphere, near train station
Bad Points: I have stayed at least 10 times on Queens. I would like to get personal offers directly from Queens, and not from a booking company at a good price
Further Comments: All 6 in our group have a very nice stay. We will come back

Further Comments: my stay at this hotel was excellent just that the room we stayed was an ajoining room and the persons stayin in the next room partyed all night till after we were leaving the hotel we had no sleep all night coz ov this and my b/friend had work that day
