Good Points: Pleasant, clean quiet.

Good Points: The room was clean and fresh and had everything you would expect.
Further Comments: The hotel is ideally situated for the city centre and offers good value for money. The breakfast offered a large selection of fresh tasty food, both hot and cold. Nothing bad to say.

Good Points: easy access to where we needed to be
Bad Points: unable to control the temperature of the room. lack of towels available. bed not very big and not as many pillows as other hotels. no smoking policy was a pain as it was not made clear when booking that it is a non smoking hotel. lack of toiletries and tea and coffee facilities compared to the marriott were poor.
Further Comments: non smoking as above.

Good Points: the hotel room, bathroom and toilet are clean. The double room is a good size with provisions for tea, coffee and a biscuit. There is a fridge and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
Bad Points: Only 2 hours of internet are free.
Further Comments: I found the members of the staff very friendly and helpful. The double room was very nice, tastefully decorated and clean. The location is very practical, it is beside the train station. You can walk to restaurants and shopping and if you want to explore farther there are plenty of public buses close by.

Further Comments: The hotel has a lovley warm atmosphere, the staff are very welcoming. We have stayed in a few different styles of rooms from delux to their basic style, all offer very good value for money.

Further Comments: The staff were extremely helpful in arranging extra's to our room e.g champagne on arival to celebrate ur anniversary. It also made it even more special to be upgraded to a king suite.

Good Points: A magnificent Art Deco building recently restored to a very high standard, with very impressive public spaces. Excellently situated in the city centre. Loved the red carpeted entrance...
Bad Points: Very little, although there is noise outside at night, due to the city centre position.
Further Comments: A grand hotel, so different from the normal modern boxes that abound. Friendly, helpful staff, elegant surroundings and a convenient position for the city. Valet parking convenient, if expensive (ￂﾣ30:00 for two nights). Look out for two night deals that include dinner on the first night, excellent value.

Good Points: Very clean with easily controlled temperature, excellent view of city square christmas tree! Nice bathroom (though bath a little on the small side, with usual hotel shampoo/hairdryer etc.
Bad Points: The maid came at 8 am so we should have put a do not disturb notice on the door
Further Comments: We had all the information we needed. It was a pleasant stay in a great central location. No disturbance from traffic noise or railway station either,though it was Saturday morning when we woke up.
