Good Points: Clean rooms and beds Friendly helpful staff
Bad Points: Kettle Coffee and Tea facilities but no biscuits
Further Comments: It is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel in the past two years. The staff we have always found to be cheerful,helpful and friendly. The food in the restraunt is excellant, and those full Irish breakfasts are to die for, and all food is a fair price, all in all good value for money.

Further Comments: It is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel in the past two years. The staff we have always found to be cheerful,helpful and friendly. The food in the restraunt is excellant, and those full Irish breakfasts are to die for, and all food is a fair price, all in all good value for money.

Good Points: Clean, comfortable and suited our purpose very well
Further Comments: Arrived at 21.30 and left at 05.45. We had a clean and comfortable room, a bite to eat and a few drinks. The hotel was not over priced as some airport hotels are and I will certainly stay again.

Further Comments: Very well located short disitance from terminals. I have nothing to complaint about for the one night stayed even though this was not the first time at the Bewelys.

Good Points: Location and excellent food
Bad Points: unable to obtain an alchoholic drink on return from genesis concert`
Further Comments: first time we have stayed in this hotel and really liked it - especially the glass lift. only problem we found as detailed above was the lack of a drink, we arrived back at 1.00am and the only alcohol on offer was from a vending machine and consisted of cans of beer!! not very impressed neither were the rest of the guests trying to obtain a drink. Staff very nice and helpful - breakfast was superb.

Further Comments: Excellent value for money, catering/service staff freindly, menu detailing GF meals though I would like to see more of a choice of GF items on the menus. Lounge/dining area spacious but could have more entertainment for single passengers, ie TV'S in other areas.

Bad Points: room service finished at 23:00 the bar closed at mid-night.
Further Comments: The whole idea of booking the hotel was so the driver could have a few beers before and after the concert.With the bar closing at mid-night this was not possible. Also with room service finishing at 23:00 ment we could not get a sandwich either. But overall,the stay was a pleasent one,the beds are really comfortable and the people helpfull.I will stay there again without hesitation ... but i'll bring my own booze and late night nibbles with me .. ;-)

Further Comments: Disappointed with the so called pick-up from the Rail Station, Firsly the phone was not answered, secondly if it was not for the Bus driver to the longstay car park dropping us off we would probably still be waiting for the hotel coutesy bus. Your representative answering the phone was very unclear about the pick-up location and little information is available at the station.

Bad Points: I felt the staff had a tendency to sort out any problems they had between themselves before attending to guests who were waiting.
Further Comments: Overall an enjoyable stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
