Good Points: Convenient location. Good room and breakfast. Efficient check-in and longstay parking arrangements and minibus service.
Bad Points: Dull decor.
Further Comments: Very handy for Terminal 1 but the minibus service is far preferable to dragging cases over roundabouts and sliproads. We were dropped off for our flight promptly. On our return the minbus was there to collect us almost immediately after we'd called from arrivals. The hotel is clean and efficient and well geared up to its role.

Good Points: Ample seating facilities to relax when watching TV. Bed was very comfortable.
Bad Points: Able to hear slight noise from rail services in room.
Further Comments: Excellent service between rail station and hotel and hotel to airport. Meal in dining room was very good. Seating accomadation in bar area was very good for relaxation after a long and tiring journey.

Good Points: Comfortable and spacious room. Quick and easy airport transfer.

Good Points: the room and the hotel were of a very high standard,food was excellent drink prices were excellent too as many hotels over inflate prices,the bar staff were very attentive and courteous and special mention for Marcin who gave us excellent service.wake up call was on time and transfer to the terminal faultless.
Further Comments: says it all above and i will seek out your other hotels when we are on our travels again

Good Points: The room was very clean and spacious. A good variety of food available. Good sized bathroom and T.V.
Further Comments: The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.The room was spacious and very clean. Despite being close to Manchester airport, we did not hear any planes. Good quality food was available in the comfort of the loubge bar as well as the restaurant. Breakfast was reasonably priced and of very good value for money. The courtesy transport was an added bonus with very friendly and helpful drivers.

Good Points: closeness to airport and us of airport shuttle Staff were very helpful and looked after all our rquests-- have already recommended your facilities
Bad Points: not used to duvet as bed cover. More used to conventional sheets and comforter

Good Points: Very clean. Tasty food. And a very charming and attractive receptionist which kickedof a good couple nights at the hotel!
Bad Points: The only complaint was we asked for another quilt and it took 2 hours to get to us when we were waiting to sleep!
