| Further Comments: Good experience overall, staff did get confused when I booked in over the price of the package, but aimably sorted out. I would return to this establishment and book online again. |

| Good Points: Excellent view of the sea; comfortable beds; clean and everything worked. |
| Bad Points: Would have liked room to be slightly larger. Although I requested Local sausages on my breakdfast room service, did not get them. |
| Further Comments: The staff were courteous, helpful and quick at dealing with requests. This, in my view, helps enormously to making me feel welcome. |

| Good Points: Tired and rather tatty room ... had to change rooms as a sofa in the first room was torn and very shabby - we wanted a luxury/premier experience |

| Further Comments: The room was tired and tatty although bed was very comfortable and colour scheme was pleasing...nice bed decor...chairs in room uncomfortable and sink was cracked. Shower head had black yucky stuff..the bath was a chipped.
The staff on reception were very helpful and showed us alternative rooms...we chose one 415 in the end but all had same problem of shabbiness.
The breakfast was fabulous and lady who hosted was great ...very helpful and cheerful. |

It was clean and had a lovely view of the sea front.

| Further Comments: Very nice time staying at the hotel.Would like to go there again.Room was comfortable and the food was nice.The hotel is based in a nice location and easily accesible.Not very good parking facilities. |

The room was cramped, too hot, poor decoration for a supposed 4 star hotel and the plumbing didn't work properly. |

Our superior seaview room looked out onto scaffolding,as the hotel is going through a refurbishment.As it was warm night we were woken by late night revellers at 4.00am and really didn,t get to sleep after that.We felt the room was small for what we were charged but the bed was comfortable and the room clean. |
