| Good Points: Great location, clean and comfortable room, good facilities - price! |
| Further Comments: Really enjoyed the hotel - it isn't a fancy 4 or 5 star job, but if you're content with a cosy, clean and comfortable room, where it's within a 2 minute walk of the main part of the town, plus only 10 mins to Glen Nevis, then this is for you - would definately stay again. |

| Good Points:
The hotel was in the centre of Fort William so we could walk everywhere. There were parking facilities which we were allowed to use throughout the next day whilst we were on the Jacobite Steam Train. |
| Bad Points:
It was so basic that we thought we were in a hostel. Particularly as our room had two single and two sets of bunk beds. |

| Good Points: nothing- we had to take a dormer with bunk beds in order to stay with our party. |
| Bad Points: no hot water, cramped rooms, over priced for quality of accomodation |
| Further Comments: This hotel seems more like a hostel than a hotel. DO NOT EVER stay in a dormer room with bunk beds if there is more than 1 person. Good place to stop over if heading up through Loch Ness area if one just needs a bed and a toilet... |

| Good Points: COMPETATIVE PRICE, CONSTANT STAFF PRESENCE, CLEANLINESS & ITS CENTRAL LOCATION. |
| Bad Points: POOR IN-ROOM AMENITIES & LACK OF FACILITIES |
| Further Comments: I had booked x2 rooms and as the two older children with me were 12 & 13 respectively had booked them as x2 adults, when we arrived however, found not only was there room not only not in the same corridor but was on a different floor.(the opportunity to specify any individual requirements was not prevelant on the booking form)This however was able to be sorted out on this occasion. The T.V.in both rooms had extremely poor reception and indeed had to tune these in myself, bulbs were blown in both rooms and the kettle in my room had to be switched off at the main as the element was constantly heating. What amenities that are available to residents (cooking facilities, day room etc)were not highlighted and we were not aware until our second day of these.I feel that this complex is certainly not geared up to cater for neither children nor families and should either specify this or improve the amenities to accomodate better their needs. Whilst these gripes are very particular to my own situation and found the accomodation fair would not recommend to people with children |

| Good Points: the room was very comfortable and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. |
| Further Comments: I didn't have huge expectations for the hotel before i arrived because the price was so good so I was more than pleasantly surprised to find it all so comfortable. It was great to have an ensuite and TV and coffee in bed in the morning. |
