Good Points: I loved the design and decor of the rooms and the public areas. The bathroom was well equipped and it and the room were spotless. The river view was lovely.
Bad Points: The shower ran hot and coldish. there was no hairdryer (that I could find!)
Further Comments: The hotel is within easy walking distance of the central tourist attractions, shopping areas and the many restaurants. The staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly. Our accommodation was spotless and fresh, as was the public hotel areas we used. The design and layout of the room was contemporary and a pleasant relief from the usual layout and furnishings - we loved it. The river views are lovely and the trees in front of the hotel give a continental feel to your view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of choice, and kept replenished - the teapots were enormous! The only minor niggle was the shower went from from perfect to hot to warmish in a regular cycle. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Further Comments: Having overcome the difficulties of the Bristol traffic system it was pleasing to have the special arrangement for parking with the adjoining NCP car park

Further Comments: refered by my daughter who is in Bristol, because of its good location,Had nice stay, But I lost one night rate which the hotel refuse to refund though I have to leave because of un avoidable circunstances, which i have informed the hotel on my arrival.

Good Points: modern and quirky design of rooms - bed location and definitely the TV in the bathroom !
Bad Points: blanket on bed was a bit scruffy
Further Comments: Ask for a room located on a higher level floor and overlooking the river.

Good Points: Modern, clean and well situated
Further Comments: We had a relaxed and enjoyable time in Bristol in a comfortable well run hotel. If I had to think hard about what could be better, the breakfast on Sunday was a little slow to come out. I guess that was largely due to lots of people all turning up together quite late in the morning,(probably after a late night on Saturday).

Further Comments: This hotel is very modern, the rooms are comfortable and tatsefully decorated. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for a river view and if you don't then your view is of the car park. They have introduced a better system of paying to park while you stay and parking is now ￂﾣ10 for the whole of the weekend.

Good Points: The contemporary style, excellent situation and value for money
Further Comments: I know Bristol quite well and knew of the hotel location and it's close proximity to the city centre. This doesn't detract from the peacefulness of the hotel. Very laid back ambience and this adds to the relaxed nature of the stay. Lovely.

Good Points: very modern looking rooms with nice facilities
Bad Points: bathroom not very big and shower not of a very good quality
Further Comments: overall very pleased with the hotel and good value for money. The main complaint would be with the standard of the facilties in the bathroom which weren't finished to a very high standard. Also could do with more lifts as had to wait a long time at busy times of day.

Further Comments: Great location and good welcome. Good deal on carpark. Bed squeaked and room was compact. Overall, good value for money and would stay again.
