Good Points: Accommodation was attractive and well maintained..all facilities were in working order.
Further Comments: It was everything that one could expect,at a reasonable price,and what was required to attend a local function. The staff afforded a warm welcome and were readily available to give assistance when require This hotel had everything that was required, at a reasonable price, to satisfy clients putting up for the night to attend a local function. The staff were very welcoming and at hand to assist, when required, at all times. A particularly pleasant young barman ready to atttend to requests at a late hour. d

Further Comments: We found the Hotel to be very comfortable and the food was very nice and fresh and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return.

Good Points: Interesting and welcoming building, efficient, pleasant staff, lift to floors always working. Room spacious and comfortable; double bed excellent. Bathroom good and hot water always available.
Bad Points: Wash basin plug open/close knob missing, shower head not easy to adjust; no non-slip mat for bath/shower.
Further Comments: Although having visited daughter in Studham since 2001 we have always avoided Dunstable. This visit we had to take hotel accommodation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, not only because the hotel suited our needs but it also drew our attention to Dunstable as a very ancient town; we were fascinated, were able to find and purchase several 'local history' books which were very enlightning and will pursue our interest next visit. It might be worth considering a selection of these to be available for visitors to the hotel to purchase. The hotel was not overly expensive compared to establishments such as 'Holiday Inn', (whose facilities are not superior to yours), but our visit was limited by the cost. Special offers did not apply.

Good Points: La situation (au centre de la ville) avec chambres ￃﾠ l'arriￃﾨre prￃﾩservￃﾩes des bruits de la rue
Bad Points: L'amￃﾩnagement: partout tapis-plein (= poussiￃﾨre / allergie)
Further Comments: Renouvellement nￃﾩcessaire de l'ameublement (surtout dans le lobby de l'hￃﾴtel) et de l'infrastructure (vￃﾩtustￃﾩ de la robinetterie de la salle de bains).

Bad Points: Room was very hot when we arrived but didnt effect our sleep
Further Comments: Overall I thought the hotel was excellent value for money it has a 3* ratting but I personally have stayed in a lot worse 4*. Would stay there again without a doubt. Excellent

Good Points: Comfortable accommodation. Pleasant evening desk clerk (though his credit card machine slowed him down in dealing with guests). Very convenient parking arrangements and proximity to Luton airport.
Bad Points: Rather weak shower. Thin floor/ceiling made for a fair bit of noise when the occupants of the room above me got up at about 5:30 am (I could hear voices, not just feet moving about).

Good Points: the hotel was very good value,the staff were friendly and polite,our room was large and bright, we will stay again if we are in the area , breakfast was excellant
Bad Points: the only little fault was tiles around bath could have done with a good clean sorry if im a bit picky !!

Bad Points: Next to function room which had wedding parties on both the nights we stayed.
Further Comments: Very noisy wedding parties on both the nights we stayed. Our room was next to the party rooom. Breakfast good, evening meal we had not so good - poor value.
