| Further Comments: Public areas are modern and stylish, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast cost extra, but was a buffet and reasonably good value. Gym facilities were free and excellent. |

We have stayed in this hotel a few times and have and would definately recomend it.It clean with modern decor and has everything you could need, to offer and serves a great buffet breakfast, there is something for everyone. |

We ate food in the bar area and i did not feel that you got value for money, you are looking at between ￃﾂￂﾣ7 - ￃﾂￂﾣ10 for a sandwhich and it was not the best i've had |
| Further Comments: This hotel is one of the best i have stayed in and has a lot to offer people.
It has a great pool and gym.
The whole place is spaceous and the decor is minimal but very modern.
The restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast and has something for everyone.
You can get some great room prices when booking on line. |

| Further Comments: We found all the informationon line ans were expacting the hotel to be good.We were not disssapointed. The location was good for the City and Cardiff bay with a short walk to both. Being a liitle way from the City center made the location quiet. The ambience in the hotel was great.Staff and service good. We will stay here agian and would recommend it to friends |

Old ugly cushions, thin walls (you can hear your neighbours), no snacks in a minibar, impossibility to buy disposable slippers for swiming pool |

| Further Comments: I had only one minor issue - use of the in-room iron left a small stain on my shirt (presumably someone before me had ironed something which wasn't clean). My issue was dealt with very promptly and with professionalism and courtesy which left me in no doubt that this was a hotel with staff well deserving of their 4-star status.
All in all an excellent hotel which I will stay in again. |

Room was very comfortable and clean. Gym and pool also good to have. |

Hot water in shower could have been hotter - more luke warm than hot! |
| Further Comments: Hotel was really relaxing to stay in,room very comfortable. The gym and pool were small but modern - used them twice over duration. Only complaint was hot water in shower was very luke warm - would have liked it to be much hotter!
Had room service one evening and it was very quick coming and was good quality if a bit expensive. |
