Good Points: very friendly guy , nothing a problem , his attitude towards us was 1st class,even the dog was friendly !
Bad Points: all was good , let the dog out more !

Further Comments: Arrived late evening. Chose hotel from website for location (near to the Belfry, where I was to attend a seminar the next day) and relatively low tariff. The room, like any hotel, was rather claustrophobic but well decorated, clean and comfortable. It was near a main road but the traffic noise was not noticable due to the dpouble glazing. Breakfast room was inviting and the food good and plentiful. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Arrived at tne siminar venue refreshed and in plenty of time.

Good Points: Very clean and thoughtfully furnished with all comforts and necessities. The water jug and coffee / tea making facilities were particularly appreciated.
Bad Points: Breakfast hours (7-8:30) could be extended a little. Some long distance travellers need all the rest they can get!
Further Comments: A lovely friendly ?family run B&B. Service faultless. Room clean, well furnished and comfortable. Very near the local conference facilities, especially the belfry. Own transport a must, as very isolated location with not much in the immediate vicinity. Excellent breakfast but no dinner, though there are pubs & restaurants nearby, though all accessible only by car.

Good Points: Lovely room, beautiful view of garden, enormous shower and very comfortable, spotlessly clean bed, linen etc. Faultless accommodation
Bad Points: No Hairdryer in room although specified, apparently you have to ask as they have been taken as freebies in the past!
Further Comments: Very easy to find and one of the nicest places I have stayed as a single business woman, really clean and comfortable, felt very safe - but missed the option of calling reception (no telephone in room) which meant I didnt have the hairdryer I wanted when I needed it and was reliant on my mobile for outside contact. Would also have appreciated some information about eating places close by (had actually taken my own snack with me). BUT - wonderful breakfast, poached eggs cooked to perfection and very friendly staff. Will definitely book again.

Good Points: Comfy bed, fluffy towels, ceiling fan in bedroom. Delicious breakfast with superb choice.
Bad Points: To be really picky, no full length mirror.
Further Comments: Hotel is easy to find but a little remote. Exterior belies the quality of the interior with bedrooms and public rooms (reception and conservatory-cum-breakfast room) immaculately and flamboyantly furnished and bedrooms well equipped. The welcome makes you feel as though you're visiting an old friend and the service at breakfast is first rate. The range of cereals available at breakfast is a sight to behold and accompanies yoghurts, fresh fruit and a delicious cooked breakfast too. Even better when I consider I saved ﾣ15 over and above the equivalent cost of staying in a Travelodge
