Good Points: It was exceptionally clean and tidy. I particularly liked the honesty bar which lent an air of muual trust and respect.
Bad Points: I have no complaints.
Further Comments: The hotel was more than adequate for my brief stay. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good Points: Clean, adequate, comfortable. good value for money.
Bad Points: too much lavender aroma

Bad Points: nothing...minor issue, M42, but handy in another way.
Further Comments: As this booking was very last minute, I was astonished at the efficiency of the whole process. See, the internet does work well.

Further Comments: After rushing around the NEC in Birmingham it was a real treat to arrive at a comfortable, countryside hotel and unwind in a spotless room overlooking a field of horses. The service was faultless.

Good Points: The hotel is very cosy and nice. The bed was very comfortable and as our room overlooked the nice garden, it was nice and quiet.
Bad Points: What was a bit disappointing was the lack of bath tub, our ensuite only had a shower. Also the lack of a hairdryer in the room.
Further Comments: The hotel which a B & B was quite easy to find and although it did not have a restaurant nearby, we found a good selection of restaurants some 15 mins away by car. We were most impressed with the bed with its crisp white linen - most comfortable. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for a quiet and restful weekend.

Good Points: Quiet, comfortable. Very pleased it had ceiling fans in current heatwave. Breakfast good.
Bad Points: Coffee I made with facilities in room was disgusting and undrinkable - I cannot describe it's awful taste - think it may have been something to do with the kettle and water (though I did use fresh from the tap).
Further Comments: Good, but see above adverse comment.

Good Points: Very good room with excellent bed. Quiet location. Good service.
Further Comments: Enjoyable. I would term the location more B&B than hotel, but very spacious room. Would highly recommend.

Good Points: Beautifully clean and comfortable, with all the extra touches to make my short stay special
Further Comments: Could not fault the place for excellent comfort and clanliness, and a most welcoming landlord.

Good Points: Copmfortable and relaxed and easy to use when working at the NEC
Bad Points: A little hard to find as the hotel is set back from raod on a corner and is easily missed when driving passed.
Further Comments: The accomodation is very good and service great. Good breakfast and information about local places to eat in an evening. This is a hotel that I will certainly be using again.

Good Points: The accomodation was very clean and extremely comfortable though I was unable to have a shower in the morning as the water was cold , however this did not take away from my stay as the room I had was like being at home it was that comfortable .
Bad Points: Lack of hot water
Further Comments: The information provided on the nett prior to booking answered all my questions and all of it was true , I would stay there again

Bad Points: The addition of evening meals & cooked breakfast.
Further Comments: I did not ealise that hot food would not be available. As a woman travelling alone I did not want to venture out at night for a meal.
