Good Points: Good facilities, close to motorway,light good sized room.Breakfast selection good
Bad Points: One of the windows had a large crack in it. The room was too warm.
Further Comments: Overall a good stay. I have stayed in the hotel just a few weeks earlier and was pleased with the visit again.

Bad Points: Standard was quite poor of rooms and food. Other guests were discussing the poor choice and standard of the food over breakfast, which was not available until 7am

Good Points: It was reasonably comfortable with adequate tea/coffee facilities.
Bad Points: The bathroom was cold and when I tried to use the shampoo it came away from the dispenser. There was also a broken hanger in the wardrobe.
Further Comments: I would like to have known more about the catering facilities i.e. what was available in the restaurant for breakfast, and if there was any alternative to the evening meal in the restaurant. I was also confused about payment. I was led to believe that I had paid in advance, but was asked on arrival to provide my debit card and pin number. and again on departure. I sincerely hopde that I have not been charged more than once. Even if I have not, it was not clear. My husband found on his visit to the spa that the hairdrier was broken.

Good Points: Clean, tidy, spacious.
Bad Points: Pay TV did not function correctly. Pressed INFo button and had nessage to wait while connecting, then error message telling me that could not connect. I have no idea whether I got through to the Pay TV or not.
Further Comments: Good, mid priced, budget accomodation. Not flash or luxurious, but clean tidy and spacious. Breakfast finished at 10am on Sunday, which for those of us with raging hangovers was a little early. Went to the Village Hotel up the road for breakfast, which was still being served at 11.00.

Bad Points: Very poor meal, poor service. Room and corridor smelt terribly of damp and bacteria.
Further Comments: You are lucky to retain your star rating. I certainly would be embarrassed to attach a name like Quality to this hotel. I noticed that your public notices regarding H&S were adhoc and written by un-trained personnel. Many things did not function. Your staff were too few for meal service, 3/4 staff to service the evening customers was way short. I was pleased to leave to go to work. These things can be fixed if you commit to do it. I will wait until I see the changes. Respectfully, JSS a customer.

Further Comments: Would like to have known about the late night party which kept me awake until approx 2.30am. Unmanned reception was also an annoyance. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Bad Points: Duvet too hot. Prefer sheet and blankets
Further Comments: Warm, clean comfortable rooms. Restuarant a bit expensive. Loveley warm pool.
