||
| Good Points: close proximity to the town's shops | |||
| Bad Points: too noisy on a night time. could have done with a room away from the roadside. | |||
| Further Comments: would like to have known that the hotel was situated in close proximity to all the clubs. | |||

||
| Good Points: Clean tidy, modern. Felt safe and secure being a lone traveller. Bar and coffee bar facilities were welcoming. | |||
| Bad Points: Same problem as previous stay - wooden floors do not muffle sound, so everytime someone walked in the room below or next door, it sounded extremely loud. | |||
| Further Comments: Friendly hotel in the centre of York. In walking distance of the train Station and main places of interest (eg shops, museums). Clean, safe and secure. | |||

||
| Good Points: It was modern and clean. We loved the walk in power shower. | |||
| Bad Points: As it was very central to York it was very noisy. We were kept awake until three o'clock in the morning with people clubbing outside and coming back late to the hotel. | |||
| Further Comments: While the hotel was lovely, if you want a quiet weekend away I would recommend somewhere a little less central, as it was very noisy both in and outside the hotel. | |||

| Good Points: Clean, modern and functional. Excellent location. | |||
| Bad Points: Small room, noisy outside. | |||
| Further Comments: This was a very good hotel for an overnight stay with kids. The location in the centre of York is excellent, the hotel is clean and modern. Continental breakfast buffet was very good. Minor criticisms - the room was small for a family of four, this was okay for one or two nights but would have been awkward for a longer period. It was also pretty noisy outside. | |||

||
| Good Points: Central to all amanities | |||
| Bad Points: Walls paper thin, could hear every little noise through the wall, even walking on the floor. | |||
| Further Comments: Plesant stay, one member of the bar staff could have been a bit more friendly. We got the feeling, she thought we were going to run off without paying our bill, her manner was a lot to be desired. | |||

||
| Good Points: Clean and modern | |||
| Bad Points: Lack of comfortable chair to sit on - bathroom drains seemed smelly | |||
| Further Comments: Hotel was clean and comfortable apart from lack of chair(s) in bedroom. Lack of carpeting in room was a drawback especially when woman in room above paraded across floor in hard shoes for almost two hours one night!!! Apart from that everything was fine. | |||

| Good Points: The rooms are modern and contemporary, excellent wetroom and shower facility. | |||
| Bad Points: Our room backed onto the Reflex Nightclub. | |||
| Further Comments: The hotel itself is a modern and clean place, the rooms were of a good standard. Breakfast was offered for a ᅡᆪ4 upgrade which was good value for money. But...We were horrified to find out that our room overlooked the Reflex nght club. From 8pm until 3am there was loud music and groups of people shouting and arguing outside our window. If we knew about this earlier on in the night we would have demanded a room swap. | |||

||
| Good Points: clean rooms, continental breakfast good | |||
| Bad Points: room was far to hot to sleep, not much room with two young children in the bedroom | |||
| Further Comments: continental breakfast good, staff friendly, rooms clean but very small, we were a family of 4 and needed a cot for the baby and the sofa bed for our toddler, not much space left after that. We could put up with that but the incredile heat in the room on the night of our stay made it impossible to sleep. Shame that you cant park in the grounds of the hotel. | |||
