| Good Points: central location excellent leisure facilities |
| Bad Points: staff on reception not very helpful or made you feel welcome |
| Further Comments: not very impressed having to pay for full breakfast when only took cereal, maybe a continental breakfast should be on offer also. room was cold had to ask for additional heating. |

| Further Comments: We had a nice over night stay, we were down to see a concert of Elton John at the SECC and The Menzies hotel was most convenient to the SECC and of course the shopping centres. |

| Bad Points: The parking was quite a unique experience and as it is across the road it was difficult with luggage |
| Further Comments: The hotel was good the breakfast has room for improvement however the evening dinner was well priced and excellent could not fault anything there. |
