Good Points: The room was a good size, with a t.v/radio, kettle and other v useful extra bits. The bed was comfortable, but squeaky.
Bad Points: the hair dryer in the drawer wasnt powerful enough to dry my long hair, and the view was of a flat roof. I could hear the people in adjacent room talking.
Further Comments: we enjoyed our stay here, it was nice having a bar and restaurant built in to the hotel. the pool, sauna, steam room and gym are excellant.

Good Points: Comfortable beds, warm surroundings and relxed atmosphere
Further Comments: Very comfortable, clean and bright hotel, with very helpful staff. Ideal location just of junction 32 of the M4 but nevertheless very quiet

Bad Points: the noise from function room
Further Comments: If we had known that there would be an extremely loud disco under our room we would not have stayed here as a good nights sleep was essential & we had requested a quiet room specifically. Otherwise I could not fault it,staff were excellent & very apologetic, breakfast good and when we complained we were given a discount, sadly this did not make up for loss of sleep

Good Points: The company.
Bad Points: The shower was dissapointing, there was very little water pressure.

Further Comments: Felt a little unsure regarding the entrance/exit of car park and the booms that were used. No indication of how to get them to allow entrance and exit. I would have liked to have been able to enter the hotel without having to run the gambit of the smokers standing there passing comments and littering the stairs with their butts. generally, I had a very positive experience with regard to the appointment of the hotels amenities and the staff's attitude.

Bad Points: Noisy due to party downstairs and neighbouring room occupants. Breakfast was generally good but spoilt by inexperienced staff e.g walked us all around breakfast room until he located table, cleared it and re-laid it for us but failed to wipe it clean first, brought tea & coffee but no cups.
Further Comments: If we had known there was going to be a wedding party we would not have stayed here. The noise break-out was intrusive, the smoking groups outside the front entrance unpleasant, and the breakfast staff who served us had not been trained to do the job. The whole breakfast experience was pretty chaotic due to the number of people packed into the breakfast room.

Breakfast was generally good but spoilt by inexperienced staff e.g walked us all around breakfast room until he located table, cleared it and re-laid it for us but failed to wipe it clean first, brought tea & coffee but no cups.

Good Points: Clean and functional
Bad Points: Noise from music on Sunday evening (although this stopped at 10:30pm so not a major issue)
Further Comments: Good location, comprehensive facilities, helpful staff. The food at breakfast could have been a bit better for me as a vegetarian, eg all the yogurts were not vegetarian as they contained gelatine or omega 3 from fish.

Further Comments: il est regrettable que dans un hotel de ce type la reception ne parle pas un mot de francais et qui + est vous fait comprendre que vous n'avez qu'a parler anglais.sympa pour le client.hotel recommande pour son calme et son charme

Good Points: Modern
Bad Points: shower was not very powerful and the complementary shower gel is a poor quailty.
Further Comments: Bar staff were not very attentive and where more interested in continuing their own conversations whilst serving. Had to wait 2 hours for main course and when we enquired we were told that our starters were on there way, yet we had eaten them over an hour before. Quality of the bar food is of a low standard.
