Good Points: It was clean and pleasant
Further Comments: I had a great night's sleep, it was a quiet room as requested. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I especially loved your restaurant menu. Every meal sounded delicious. The service was quick and pleasant. Unfortunately I was overcharged there for wine but the matter was resolved quickly afterwards when I phoned up from home after reviewing my statement.

Good Points: Convenience to town centre
Bad Points: The hotel stank of cigarette smoke the moment we entered it. The bed was rock hard, both my partner and I hardly slept because of it. There was no soap or tissues in the room and when I asked for some I was handed a pre-packed soap over the reception! Cooked breakfast took nearly 15 mins to appear and then it was very ordinary
Further Comments: See above ut overall it was not a very pleasant experience and we will not be returning to the County Hotel

Bad Points: The rooms need a overral.There was mold around the tiles in the shower
Further Comments: I would use the restaurant again but not book into the hotel for a room.

Good Points: The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was big with modern decor. The shower was also very powerful.
Bad Points: I would have preferred a duvet and in the morning the fire doors kept banging as people walked through...from quite early in the morning.
Further Comments: I was impressed with the hotel as it felt homely and the room/bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful and I thought the breakfast was also good. Thank you!

Further Comments: I was plesantly surprised when we first walked in, the hotel is very different on the inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The bar and lounge area was so inviting, I could have easily stayed rather than go to the Wedding. In the morning the dining room was so bright, my daughter said she felt like she was abroad, once she didn't look out of the window. Breakfast was lovely, there was so much choice and once again the staff were polite and friendly. I would definately book again.
