Good Points: Although the breakfast didn't start until 7:30 but it was fine and well prepared. We did have trouble speaking with our waitress as she was friendly, but didn't understand English very well.
Bad Points: Lack of support from staff when faced with a situation that could use a little attention.

Good Points: we were upgraded from a triple to an apartment at no extra charge and it was brilliant. The hotel is in an excellent location: quiet, but in an interesting, attractive area with good access to the town centre.
Bad Points: breakfast was a bit early for a weekend.
Further Comments: lovely room, excellent breakfast,friendly staff and attractive area.

Good Points: The size and comfort of the room.
Bad Points: Television was not in working order. Shower head was broken. Breakfast (included in rate) not provided early enough (Had to leave for airport prior to 0830 beginning of breakfast.
Further Comments: The room itself was very comfortable and spacious for the three adults travelling together. The equipment was not maintained well enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful (calling cabs, shipping a coat I left behind, etc.).

Good Points: Habitaciￃﾳn para cuatro personas amplio y con gran comfort
Bad Points: el slￃﾳn de los desayunos es pequeￃﾱo para la ocupaciￃﾳn que tenￃﾭa en esas fechas.
Further Comments: Hotel muy correcto. Calidad precio muy alta.Limpio y trato muy agradable. Mas apartamento que habitaciￃﾳn.

Good Points: it was small, friendly and clean
Further Comments: the hotel was small about 16 rooms and it felt like a family run hotel that made you welcome and it had a good quality room and the use of equipment and was in a nice part of town with the botanic gardens just across the street ( highly recommended )

Good Points: Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast with good choice.
Further Comments: Good location near Byres Road which has a wide choice of pubs, bars and restaurants. Also close to Hillhead subway station for easy access to the centre of Glasgow for shopping etc. Taxi fare from Central Station to hotel was approx ￂﾣ5.50. Very friendly staff and I have no complaints about the hotel.

Good Points: Well equipped room, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts!
Further Comments: Would like it to be clearer what car parking was on offer, although this was easy to find out in a call to the hotel

Bad Points: The shower-room wasn't the best, we could do with a power-shower of piping hot water on such a cold day.
Further Comments: My general review of our stay is that we certainly got what we had paid for. Overall, the hotel was excellent!
