Good Points: A warm welcome awaits, room was excellent, as was the breakfast. Very informative and helpful owners.

Good Points: Room layout very good. Spa bath is a big winner, especially for couples.
Bad Points: Draughty bathroom, but it was bad weather.
Further Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The place was close to restaurants and pubs, rooms were spacious and light, breakfast great and owners really friendly. Was worth paying the price for the spa bath....its fantastic!

Good Points: the room was very well presented and very comfortable. the spa bath was excellent.
Further Comments: Every effort has been made to make this hotel a very romantic and comfortable place to stay.We had a lovely weekend and would recommend it to anyone.

Good Points: Location and bedrooms.
Further Comments: Beautiful inside and out, staff were very helpful, location great for everything, the breakfasts were lovely, the room was wonderful especially the jacuzzi bath (just remember the water is soft and not hard like in Enfield, so watch out how much bubble bath you put in otherwise you could have too many bubbles!!!!!! We will certainly come back.

Further Comments: Beautiful inside and out, staff were very helpful, location great for everything, the breakfasts were lovely, the room was wonderful especially the jacuzzi bath (just remember the water is soft and not hard like in Enfield, so watch out how much bubble bath you put in otherwise you could have too many bubbles!!!!!! We will certainly come back.

Good Points: the house was lovely the rooms were beautifllu furnished and the place had a lovely feel to it. the bath was great after a long day walking and its ideally situated for gettin around either by car or public transport
Bad Points: parking was a little bit difficult, they do have parking spaces allocated but they are not easy to drive in and out of
Further Comments: the owners are extreamly helpfull and knowledgable about the area. pleasent and friendly nothing was to much bother even us picky eaters at breakfast. there was also homemade sausages and free range eggs. they showed you the room and explained how to use the spa bath which i thought was a nice touch. all in all we had a great time and have told our friends about it. if we go to the lakes again we will definatly stay here.
